Do I have to order online?
No. We have provided the online ordering process as a service for those who WANT to use it. We are always happy to take your orders via phone at (800) 540-7821. Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm PST, or you can request a quote here.
Do I need to register to order?
Yes. In order to activate the security features of the site, you MUST login. You can create an account here.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Don't worry. All you have to do is click here, and enter the e-mail address you used to register, and we will e-mail your password to you shortly. Or you can always call or email us.
What if I order the wrong Circuit Breaker?
Bay Breakers always wants you to get the exact product you need. Please review our return policy for more information, or click here to see things you can do to help us determine exactly what you need prior to shipping.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
To discontinue receiving emails from Bay Breakers, Inc., simply log in to your account, select "Edit Account" and uncheck the box that indicates that you are subscribed to receive notifications from Bay Breakers, Inc. Once you select "Apply", your name will be removed from the mailing list.
